Surface Preparation Makes A Difference

1. Locate The Actual Gap

Identify the specific seam or opening allowing moisture through before applying sealant.

2. Clean & Dry The Surface

Remove dirt, oil, wax, loose old sealant and moisture so the new material can contact the surface properly.

3. Apply A Continuous Bead

Apply enough material to bridge the gap without excessively spreading it onto surrounding painted or finished areas.

4. Allow Full Cure Before Exposure

Do not expose the repair to water, washing or significant movement until the sealant has cured according to its product instructions.
